Customer service: Exchange & Returns

In Sweden, remote-order consumers have the unconditional right to return a purchase within 14 days of receiving that good. This right assumes that all parts of the original packaging are intact and the good is in unused condition. In returning a good, always accompany it with your name and order number, enabling us to process the return. Our postal address is:

In returning a product, you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself.

You always have the right to try on a shirt which you have bought from us. A shirt is best tried with a t-shirt underneath. The right to return does not apply to products that have been used.

Complaints
In cases of complaint related to manufacturing error or damages occurred during shipping, the Shirt Factory will pay for the shipping costs. Send a note in the packet about this or send a mail to us at webshop@shirtfactory.se in conjunction with the returned product.
