To what countries do you deliver orders? We deliver to all countries in the EU. I cannot find the size I want in the menu. How come? |
| A | Sometimes a specific size sells out. To ensure you cannot order a shirt not in stock, we remove it from the choice of sizes in the menu. |
| Q | How do I pay? |
| A | Payment is made either by card (Visa, MasterCard) or directly if you have a a Swedish internet bank (Swedbank, Handelsbanken). |
| Q | How soon can I expect my order to arrive? |
| A | Normal delivery times are approx. 3-5 working days. |
| Q | What are the shipping costs? |
| A | We always have free delivery to all EU-countries. |
| Q | How are my purchases delivered? |
| A | Your order sent with the Swedish Postal Service. |
| Q | I have previously bought models that had a Slim Fit; now I can’t seem to find them? |
| A | Slim Fit is now called Tailored Fit. It is exactly the same model as before. |
| Q | I have seen a shirt in one of your stores, but I can’t find it here in the Shirt Factory Shop. How come? |
| A | Our web shop only offers a selection from our collection. We always try to select those products which are easy to see on the screen and which we think will be greatly in demand. |
| Q | How often do you feature new shirts on the web shop? |
| A | There is a completely new collection every six months. The range of shirts on the Shirt Factory Shop is regularly updated according to the arrival of new goods, which is roughly six times a year. Naturally, certain favourites remain from year to year. |
| Q | Do I forfeit my right to return the product, if I try it on when it is delivered home to me? |
| A | You always have the right to try on a shirt which you have bought from us and the right to return is valid as long as all parts of the original packaging remain intact. A shirt is best tried with a t-shirt underneath. The right to return does not apply to products that have been used. Return must be made by 14 days. |
| Q | How do I return a product? |
| A | Send the product, along with your personal details including your name and the order number, so we can process the return accordingly to: The Shirt Factory AB Kronofogdevägen 62 163 51 Spånga SWEDEN For returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.. |
