Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to the contractual agreement undertaken between you, the purchaser, and The Shirt Factory International AB, herewith called TSF, upon a purchase being made at shirtfactoryshop.se. In these general terms and conditions reference is made to the customer service pages on shirtfactory.se. The act of making an order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Prices and charges
Prices shown on the Shirt Factory Shop include V.A.T.
We always have free delivery to all EU-countries.
Cessation of agreement
TSF reserves the right to decline an order, without giving a reason why, in very special instances.
Right of return
Your purchases come with a 14-day right of return. During this period, right of return means you can send back the articles purchased with no obligations except payment of the return shipping costs. The returned goods must be intact and unused.
Charges are the same no matter how many goods have been purchased. For example, the return of part of a consignment of goods does not imply repayment of the return shipping costs.
Complaints and consumer rights
If the wrong good is delivered or there is an error in delivery, then TSF is liable for the return shipping costs.
Your consumer rights, which protect your interests as a customer, are valid, of course, when you make a purchase from our webshop.
Delivery
TSF takes great care in the receipt and dispatch of orders.
TSF speedily dispatches confirmed orders and in the order they have come in. Normal delivery times are approx. 3-5 working days.
If a delivery cannot be fulfilled because the item is not in stock or if delivery will be delayed for other reasons, a message will be sent to you within 14 days of the order being made.
TSF is not liable for any damages related to failure to deliver the items within the normal delivery time.
Shipping guarantee
Goods damaged during transport will be replaced by TSF at no extra cost.

Card and direct payment via internet bank
Payment solutions are managed by a third party, Payer Sweden AB, responsible for the solutions’ functionality and security. See www.payer.se for further information.
Age limit
According to legislation, TSF cannot fulfil orders from people under 16 years of age.
Furthermore, the age limit for card payments on shirtfactoryshop.se is 18.
Confidentiality
TSF safeguards all personal details provided by you or that result through purchase. These details allow assessment, acceptance and fulfilment of the contract of purchase and enable a relationship with the customer through marketing activities arranged by TSF, fighting fraud and complying with legal responsibilities. TSF does not divulge these details to a third party, excepting the company providing the payment solution.
Liability
TSF is not liable for any damages incurred, except where the company’s liability insurance covers the damage and conditional to the insurer approving such payment for damages.
Besides such cases, liability is limited to a maximum of the amount comprising the purchase price of the item or items in question.
TSF is never liable for follow-on damages.
Force majeure
In the event of a force majeure, TSF is released from its contractual responsibilities. If the period of force majeure lasts longer than 2 months, then the purchaser and TSF reserve the right to terminate the agreement without any liability for damages.
Force majeure is considered to include strikes, illness among staff, transport stoppages, import/export bans, irrespective if these occur to the company or its suppliers.
